Mulligan Mania at the Genesis Invitational! 🎭⛳️

Round 1 of the Genesis Invitational is in the books, and that means it’s time for some strategic shifts! Three members of Golf’s Greatest Gamble have decided to cash in their one-time mulligan, making bold moves in hopes of turning their tournament around.

The Mulligan Moves

🔄 Freddy – After being fined for not making a pick, Freddy used his mulligan to lock in Andrew Novak, the 79th-ranked golfer in the world. Novak started strong with a 71 in Round 1, giving Freddy a fighting chance moving forward.

🔄 Mike – Also fined for no selection, Mike took a different approach. Instead of looking for an underdog, he aimed straight for the top, swapping into World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, who opened his tournament with a solid 70.

🔄 Brendan – Brendan originally had Tony Finau but decided to pivot to Seamus Power, the 124th-ranked golfer in the world. Power got off to a great start, firing a 3-under 69 to put himself in early contention.

Will These Moves Pay Off?

The mulligan is a one-time lifeline, and with an event like the Genesis Invitational offering no cut, every stroke matters. Freddy, Mike, and Brendan will now ride with their new selections for the rest of the tournament—time will tell if these swaps lead to glory or regret!

Stay tuned as the Genesis Invitational continues to unfold, and be sure to follow along for all the action!
